• A language preference cookie named solovate_locale when you manually select English or Japanese.

• To respond to inquiries and discuss whether a Solovate product may be suitable.
• To remember your language preference and route you to the appropriate localized page.
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve the website.

Cookies and analytics

The site currently uses a language preference cookie. It does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. If analytics, pixels, embedded media, or newsletter tools are added in the future, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated before they are introduced.

Service providers and links

The site is hosted through Cloudflare infrastructure and links to third-party services such as app stores and product websites. Those third-party services process information under their own policies.

Retention

Inquiry emails are kept only as long as needed for business communication, legal, security, and recordkeeping purposes. Language preference cookies are set for up to one year unless deleted by the user.

Operator

Solovate is a remote-first software studio operated by Takuya Sakamoto and registered as a sole proprietorship in Japan. It operates remotely from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and serves clients worldwide. No public visiting office is maintained. For inquiries, contact hello@solovate.co.
