This policy explains the limited personal information handled by the Solovate website.

Information collected
- Information you send by email, such as your name, email address, company, message content, and demo request context.
- Basic technical information processed by hosting and security providers, such as IP address, user agent, request URL, and timestamps.
- A language preference cookie named solovate_locale when you manually select English or Japanese.
How information is used
- To respond to inquiries and discuss whether Solovate products are a fit.
- To remember your language preference and route you to the appropriate localized page.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the website.
Cookies and analytics
The site currently uses a language preference cookie. It does not currently describe any advertising cookies or analytics trackers. If analytics, pixels, embedded media, or newsletter tooling are added later, this policy and any required consent mechanism should be updated before launch.
Service providers and links
The site is hosted through Cloudflare infrastructure and links to third-party services such as app stores and product websites. Those third-party services process information under their own policies.
Retention
Inquiry emails are kept only as long as needed for business communication, legal, security, and recordkeeping purposes. Language preference cookies are set for up to one year unless deleted by the user.
Operator
Solovate is operated as a sole proprietorship filed in Japan. Work and inquiry responses may be carried out remotely, including from Malaysia. For inquiries, contact contact@solovate.co. The operator's legal name and address will be disclosed without delay where required by law or upon a legitimate request after appropriate verification.
Your choices
- You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings.
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting Solovate.
- You can opt out of future marketing email if Solovate sends commercial email in the future.
